Flowers For Christmas In England

Sending a holiday flower arrangement overseas wasn’t as difficult as I first imagined it would be. I have always sent my BFF flowers for Christmas and since she has moved to England I’ve been wondering how I was going to manage to keep that long standing tradition going. I managed to use the Internet to my advantage, once again, and found a way to send flowers uk style that isn’t going to cost me a fortune and I’m really pleased with myself right now.

She has always been a flower child, so to speak, her parents were genuine hippies of the 70’s, so she gets it honestly. So I don’t think she will need the paper work that will be included with the directions that they always send on how to keep your newly delivered flowers fresh looking by using the additives that they always supply the receivers of the new arrivals.

She is really happy over in England for various reasons. Learning about new species of plants and flowers has kept her busy in her free time over there. It wouldn’t surprise me if she eventually started her own florist over there at some point. Might as well make some money doing something that you enjoy right.

Liability Is A Huge Issue Today

Coming from a large family with a lot of siblings I have always wished that one of us had gone on to be some type of attorney. We have a plumber, an electrician, a heating/air condition specialist, a computer geek, a chief , a business marketing specialist, an engineer, a customer service representative, a mechanic, but not a lawyer one to be found.

Right now having an employment law practice in the family would certainly come in handy. So many of my relatives are taking a chance (while the economy is still in crisis) and opening up their own small businesses, so having someone to turn to for all the legal stuff that goes along with starting any type of business would certainly be an asset. I can’t even imagine all the in’s and out’s of what it takes to get a business up and running and to keep it in the black. Liability is such a huge deal these days, it just blows my mind.

A Drink and A Smoke

I never really thought about it much until I started to type this post about how many of my friends and family members enjoy getting cigarettes and liquor as gifts, guess it sounds a bit strange, but what ever floats your boat is what I’m known for saying. So with that being said I have been surfing the Internet to find discount liquor and discount cigarettes and I’m happy to say that I have been finding a good amount of both tonight.

I remember the first time I saw someone give someone a carton of cigarettes for Christmas. I thought it was the oddest gift ever, but considering how much a carton of cigarettes cost these days I can see where a smoker would certainly appreciate a whole carton of their favorite smokes as a gift.

And as for liquor, what well can I say. Who wouldn’t enjoy a bottle or two of a nice bottle of wine or what ever else they enjoy drinking, as long as they are over 21! This could make Christmas shopping a whole lot easier!
